It's prime cheese season. And just in time for your holiday entertaining needs comes DTLA Cheese, a full service cheese and lunch counter from sisters Lydia and Marnie Clarke, open today within Grand Central Market. The Clarke sisters are the duo behind Claremont's Cheese Cave and are also the grandchildren of the founder of Alta Dena Dairy. Here at GCM they've partnered with Napa chef Reed Herrick to serve a rotating cast of cheeses in a variety of vessels from grilled sandwiches to salads to cheese boards. And joining cheese on stage is its best friend, California wine and local craft beer. Hours of operation run 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
