Do you have a love/hate relationship with white hot West Hollywood haunt Laurel Hardware for its aesthetic appeal, but annoyingly long lines? Since its inception a year ago, the Santa Monica Boulevard Cali farm-to-table eatery and bar has quickly established itself as a prime and popular place to dine and imbibe, but those weekend lines can be a real doozy. Recognizing their immediate success, partners Phil Howard and Dean McKillen have been looking for additional West Hollywood real estate (because why not), and right now they're in escrow to take Lola's on Fairfax, the martini house almost snagged by the h.wood.group. No further intel at this time, but exciting news which could potentially result in shorter weekend waits at Laurel.
