A new contemporary American restaurant, Spring & Ivy, is under construction at Spring and 7th, notes Brigham Yen. Co-owner Tom Sopit (Singha Beer) is helping to devise the 4,000 square foot eatery, which will involve the above pictured skylight atrium, with proposed hours of operation from 11 am. until 2 a.m. "Live entertainment and dancing," too. Target opening is early 2014.
