As of yesterday, it's official. The deal is inked for Croft Alley, that charcuterie and classic American deli concept from partners Phuong Tran (#indo pop-up, Willie Jane), Jeremy Browne (Pier House) and Michael Della Femina (Bloody Bills, #indo). They've renamed the venture The Prosciutto Project @ Croft Alley and reps explain that patrons will be able to customize sandwiches, salads, and platters with "fine cheeses," European cured meats, and house-made condiments. The team is gunning for a March 15 beginning. [EaterWire]
