The Factory Kitchen crew is planning a new restaurant for March 2015 in the Arts District, this time with Officine BRERA, which will incorporate dishes from Northern Italian cities like Milan, Verona, and Padova. Think wild game, poultry, wild fish and more to go along with wines by sommelier Francine Diamond-Ferdinandi. Chef Angelo Auriana and Matteo Ferdinandi are opening the Italian concept inside an iconic 1920's building, with updates to come on their Facebook page. Ground breaking takes place in August.
