The world is a better place when there's more cheese in it. And thanks to owner Alex Josef and Steve Jones, Culver City is the beneficiary of a brand new cheese monger called Wheel House. Opened June 7, Wheel House features 100 different cheeses from around the world, curated by Jones, who owns The Cheese Bar in Portland, as well as charcuterie, jams, spreads, and crackers. Basically, everything except the booze to throw a first class wine and cheese party on the Westside. Take a look around the space and fill up that basket with some of the good stuff. Open 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday to Sunday.
