The vegans want to have their cheese and eat it too and thanks to one Youssef, the non-creamy dream is coming true on the corner of Sunset and Laurel. Dubbed Vromage, the innovative vegan cheese will serve nut-based cheeses such as brie, gorgonzola, and blue cheese, all with similar looks and consistencies to the real stuff. Slated for a September opening and located right across from Crescent Heights mall, it's the ideal place for vegans to live their cheesy fantasies. Find more info on the stuff right here, and stay tuned for the impending opening.
