Hollywood’s upcoming Dream Hotel is rightfully turning into LA’s biggest nightlife destination, with the arrival of TAO and Beauty & Essex from New York City. But locals will be encouraged to know that two other clubby spots inside won’t be relegated to outside concepts. Avenue, a nightclub concept, along with The Highlight Room, will be overseen by local group Horse & Carriage Hospitality, which currently runs Warwick.
Horse & Carriage was also behind former hotspots Geisha House, Dolce, and Les Deux, so the team is well versed in local nightlife culture. Horse & Carriage is helmed by Sylvain Bitton, David Jarrett, and JT Torregiani, and they’ll be working together with TAO Group to bring a host of world-class DJs to Avenue. The Highlight Room will be the Dream Hotel’s rooftop, poolside venue that promises a kind of day and nightclub situation that’s common in Las Vegas.
Avenue’s interior is supposed to remind one of a “grand estate frozen in time,” with table service and full bar with a state-of-the-art sound and light system. The Highlight Room will have some food to go along with its own extensive beverage offerings.
Avenue plans to open as early as this month while The Highlight Room will roll into by late spring or early summer.
