This here is the first look at Hadaka, chef Eddie Brik's "naughty sushi" spot opening on the Sunset Strip. Hadaka means "naked" in Japanese, so expect explicitly named hand rolls, Pussycat Doll-type servers, lots of reds, dark corners, low lights. This looks pretty far along (napkins on the tables!), so why March 25? A feng shui expert said it was a good day to open.
