THIRD ST./BEV CTR: There are two things Cynthia's on Third Street was known for: Fried chicken and the diabolical and often abusive rantings from owner Cynthia Hirsch. In November, it was rumored that Cynthia stepped down and the restaurant would go on without her. Today we came across the new Cynthia's Restaurant3 website promising "less drama." Perusing the menu, we see fried chicken. Less Cynthia, more chicken.
