The food reality season fires up on Sunday. Three reality shows. Three winners. Only so much space on your TiVo's hard drive. Which new season of sizzling chef-on-chef action should you throw away your summer for? That's entirely up to you.

Network: Food Network
Stars: Bobby Flay, Rachael Ray, Giada De Laurentiis, etc.
Prize: A Food Network series
LA Moment: Contestant Nikki Shaw is the wife of former Lakers player Brian Shaw.
What We're Watching For: Let's be honest. Giada De Laurentiis' low-cut, body-hugging cooking.
TiVo Recommendation: One green thumb up

Hell's Kitchen
Premiere: Monday, June 4, 9/8c
Network: FOX
Stars: Gordon Ramsay
Prize: Head Chef of the Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa, Las Vegas
LA Moment: Season 1 winner, Michael Wray, currently mans the kitchen at Tatou and will make a cameo.

TiVo Recommendation: Three green thumbs up
