EXCLUSIVE: One Group Replacing Bridge With STK Steakhouse

Last week we mentioned that the Haque brothers (Koi) closed their short-lived Italian concept Bridge earlier this month. Then we heard from several tipsters that a steakhouse is going in that spot. Well, the story is much jucier now: We've confirmed that the One Group purchased Bridge and will open their NYC steakhouse STK sometime soon. Boy, that was fast. The group's One Sunset is barely one week old, and they're already moving on to more LA projects. Mario, Tom, Laurent, One and STK... it's like New Yorkers just discovered Southern California.
