The day has come, friends. Emails flooding the inbox: Osteria Mozza's reservation line is now 100% open. We called (323.297.0100) and after a few busy signals got a hold of reservationist Nick who talked a mile a minute. He must have 50 calls waiting. Can make ressies up to one month out. Also confirmed: Osteria opens tomorrow night, but everything's booked through the weekend. One tipster said they have a reservation for as early as Monday. Get 'em while their hot!!
