WEST HOLLYWOOD: Way back in May we discovered Tinto, an "authentic" Spanish tapas bar taking over the former Hunter's space. The Spanish-born owners desperately searched for real Spanish tapas in LA to no avail, so they decided to open their own spot with Tokio's Reg MacDonald and chef Justo Vincent who, it's said, worked with Ferran Adria at El Bulli. The restaurant opened soft on Saturday, and UrbanDaddy said the restaurant would debut tonight, but we just called and bummer: An electrical problem shut things down for a couple days. The restaurant will open on Wednesday at 6pm, and every night after that until midnight during the week and 1am on weekends. [7511 Santa Monica Blvd., 323-512-3095]
