MID-CITY/BEV CTR: Less than a month after we queried whether Zen Grill on Third Street was still breathing or not comes word from Blackburn and Sweetzer that the restaurant has "closed for remodeling" signs up to counter the "closed for vermin infestation" signs. No liquor license, the vermin are squirmin'...doesn't bode well.
