LARCHMONT: After months of battling the landlord---and the community voicing serious concerns over the loss of mom-and-pop retail and restaurants in the neighborhood---La Luna Ristorante finally closed its doors on September 22. After 15 years, owners Robertino and Paula Giovannelli and all the staff were evicted. Fausto Zapata of Omaha Hospitality a restaurant in the sapce by the end of the year.
