Best New Restaurant: Pasadena Whole Foods

The mothership via Curbed LA
That might be stretching it, but really, the new two-story, 76,770-square-foot Whole Foods that's set to open tomorrow morning on Arroyo Parkway in Pasadena isn't just for shopping. There will be a sit-down tapas and wine lounge (with an Enomatic tasting system), Belgium beer on tap, a sandwich bar, seafood bar, Korean barbecue, made-to-order everything, and...wait for it...fresh donuts by the hour. Throw in the free WiFi and they'll have to throw us out. Doors open at 9am tomorrow, but regular hours will be 7am-10pm.
