Joachim Splichal's next LA venture is Paperfish, a mostly seafood restaurant he says will be "contemporary and hip," set to debut this month. There's a "preview" party on November 30, so we suspect the restaurant will open that week, at least softly. Last we heard it would be post-Thanksgiving, and there's no reason not to take that literally. While we don't have an inside sneak peek yet, we do have the menu handy, but you'll have to work for it.

Because this an early menu, let's just assume all the typos will be fixed. A French-leaning restaurant group should never serve "filet mingon."
