Eva Longoria threw a huge Hollywood shindig at the unopened Beso last night. The pictures on Wireimage aren't super helpful to see the space, but there is the previously noted balcony, exposed beams, sparkly chandeliers and we think we spied black leather booths on a patio. Still no word on the menu or official opening date, but our tipster says, "Sounds like the venue is still several weeks off from being open to the public for dinner." We'll stick with our mid-December odds.

UPDATE: All the celebrity gossip blogs report that last night's Samsung party was an opening party for Beso. Celebrity chef Todd English was even there. But honestly, that restaurant can't be open yet. The liquor license is still pending, and there are a few permits held up. Curious, too, if and what food was served at the soiree.
