Tender Greens Filling More Bowls

After so much success with the Culver City location---we walked by one night and the line was just about out the door, every table filled and it was early---Matt Lyman, Erik Oberholtzer and David Dressler are taking Tender Greens on the road. There will be at least three new locations in 2008: The first opens in San Diego's Liberty Station in March; a location will open on Santa Monica Boulevard in WeHo next fall; and there are plans for a downtown spot but according to PR, "nothing is set in stone at this point."
