Osteria La Buca: Open and Closed, Sort Of

Renovations of the new La Buca dining room have taken years, and just when we heard everything was complete, we were told it was only used for "overflow." But now it's official: The new dining room is open for business, but the original smaller space is closed for renovations. There are now 60 seats compared to 20 from before, and when both rooms open, business will guadruple. Can Mama keep up? Discuss. [EaterWire]
