Changes at the Lodge Steakhouse?

While Adolfo Suaya and Michael Sutton are busy with their Hollywood spots (Goa, Charcoal together; Memphis, Osaka independently), a tipster shares that Suaya is selling the Lodge Steakhouse***, the first partnership for the two. Details are sketchy at this point, and we don't know if this means Suaya is selling his stake or if they're both getting out of the game, but a change of ownership application has been filed with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control for that location. We also know that the Lodge is currently still open and operating, so consider this a developing story.

UPDATE:*** Word from Adolfo's camp, "He's not selling nor closing The Lodge Steakhouse. Another investor is coming on board." Phew.
