Trummer Leaves Fraiche

Mixologist Albert Trummer garnered just as much praise for his cocktails at Fraiche as Jason Travi did for the food, but, alas, he's gone. A little nugget buried in the LAT today announced that Trummer left to open Apotheke in New York City, but plans to open a Los Angeles cocktail lounge "within the next year." Has he taken his homemade absinthe with him? Will the bar-chef cocktails remain at Fraiche? All yet to be seen. [LAT]
