WTF? Charcoal at the Arclight has a "no change" policy, instituted by former manager Dan Smalls. One waiter told a customer: "If I like you, I round it up; if I don't, you know how it is." To which there's only one repsonse: "Dude, we totally know how it is. It's like, if we like a restaurant, we frequent it. If it has stupid coinless policies, we don't." [LAT]
