Top Chef season two winner Ilan Hall is officially moving to LA to open a "restaurant truck that will serve tapas in East Hollywood." From Hall: "It will be a full-functioning restaurant minus liquor. There will be a fold-out bar for people to sit at, and there will be stools. It will be a lot of fun and I’ll be able to control everything." Also in this where-are-they-now piece, confirmation on a rumor we heard last night: Our friend, tall Venice-based chef Chris "CJ" Jacobson, is moving to Chicago to open a restaurant with season three co-cheftestants Dale and Sarah.
