BREAKING: BLT Steak Opens Saturday

You heard that right, folks. Laurent Tourondel's new Sunset Strip steakhouse is open for dinner as of Saturday, March 15. We had a small preview at a big party earlier this week, and we didn't get to taste much of the menu but at least saw it (and bring to you). So far, this new wave of New York chefs are 2-0 in LA (Batali, Colicchio; we can say 3-0 if we include Joe's Pizza), so we have high expectations for BLT Steak. So much so, we'd sanction a BLT Fish if Tourondel wants to bring another concept to town. Reservation lines are open: 310.360.1950. [~ELA~]
