Big news from former L'Orangerie and Bastide chef Ludovic Lefebvre, who recently wowed everyone with his special stints at Breadbar this winter. When we last checked in, Ludo talked of opening an intimate little bistro here in LA, something personal where he could do his own thing, maybe mid-city, Third Street, Beverly. The dream of many a chef, no? And when a chef dream costs money, sometimes you have to go where the money is. No, not Top Chef. Las Vegas. We just confirmed with Ludo that he's partnered with the Tao group to open a new concept at the Palazzo. More details coming soon. [~ELA~]
