There are worse ways to spend a Saturday than the Malibu Wine Classic, but why would you: Central Coast wineries like Linne Calodo, Fiddlehead, Ken Brown, L'Aventure, Saxum, Summerland, Rideau and Laetitia to name a few; restaurants like Water Grill, Il Grano, All' Angelo, Michael's, Terra, Moonshadows, American Flatbread and Barrel Malibu; one tent, one afternoon. The beachside location from the last four years was a draw, but we suppose the Malibu Civic Center is close enough. (April 5, 12pm-5pm, $79 in advance) [~ELA~]
