Goin, Myers, Peel: JBF Noms Talk Shop

If you think just because chefs are nominated for James Beard Awards they're impersonal, hard to talk to, god-like, Savory Tidbits has quick little videos of some of the nominees, including LA's own Suzanne Goin (Outstanding Chef), Mark Peel (Outstanding Restaurant) and David Myers (Best Chef, Pacific). Each talks about naming their restaurants, the vibe ("it's like coming to our house for dinner"..."feels like a small town where everyone knows everybody"), their cooking styles ("It's not Japanese, not French. It's just a modern approach to cooking...personal."), and a glimpse inside plus some dishes. See, they're just people.
