They're a diligent bunch at Los Angeles magazine, that's for sure. Widdling down a list of 300 of their favorite things to 64, and then asking the public to choose between beloveds like Roscoe's and Union Station or roof top neon and taco trucks to finally get to the "Sweet 16" sounded like quite the undertaking.
