Sometimes opening a Downtown cafe isn't what it seems, and then there's this whole bad economy side of the eqation: "This restaurant just opened in the Historic core. We are looking for either a partner to bring some operating capital or we might be willing to be bought out of the space. It's the ground floor of the Security Building and it's really a beautiful space. It currently seats 50 but could easily ad an additonal 20 seats. Looking for the right blend of skills and capital." The restaurant in question is the Lime Cafe, which opened briefly, went "offline" for some retooling and reopened a few weeks ago. Downtownizens, help the Limey out. [Craigslist; ELA]
