Although the competition to see who will represent the United States in the Bocuse d'Or isn't for another month, the Mothership has details on the just-announced judges. Most are from New York---Daniel Humm, Gavin Kaysen, Laurent Tourondel, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and the deans of the French Culinary Institute among others---but our own David Myers, chef/owner of Sona, Comme Ca and Boule, has also been tapped. They'll all head to Orlando for the September finals, which will be followed by a swanky Grand Tasting & Awards Gala at Disney World. Here's a recap of who those judges will be judging.
