A new report reveals that three very prominent local chains are in grave danger of defaulting on their debts: Del Taco, El Pollo Loco and the Real Mex Restaurants, which include El Torito, El Torito Grill, Chevys, Acapulco and Las Brisas. The latter pair seems to be in the most dire shape, given that financial outlook for El Pollo Loco and Real Mex is described simply as “negative." You do hate to see that. [OCR]
