It's been a slow melt for the Cobras & Matadors chain and as of Sunday the Los Feliz outpost has wrapped it up, leaving the original Beverly restaurant the sole survivor. However, there is a very silver lining in this shutter because Adam Fleischman (BottleRock) is moving in to open up Umami #2 come September.
