Pasadena: Another short run, this time for the Smith brothers' Spitfire Saloon on De Lacey Ave in Old Town. The eatery is currently closed but will reopen in two weeks as a French brasserie called Cheval Blanc. This new endeavor marks project number two for the brothers who are also working on opening 140 South in the old Crocodile Cafe space.
