This week’s dose of mobile food news brings word of a new burger truck built around “the belief that the heavy metal and culinary worlds were bound to collide one day in a?marriage of massive meat and riffage.” Grill ‘Em All takes to the streets December 15 (pending the usual delays) serving an array of “gourmet” burgers with themes directly influenced by Heavy Metal music and pop culture. Interesting. In addition to burgers look for H-100’s (cheddar and jack filled, panko-crusted tater tots), the Molly Hatchet (seared fennel sausage gravy, bacon, and a maple syrup drizzle), and, not sure the musical connection but, fries with truffle oil.
