So, there's already Crepes Bonaparte's Gaston truck in OC, as well as Crepe 'n Around which rolled out last month. Now comes yet another crepe-slinging mobile vehicle, La Galette Creperie food truck debuting tomorrow, 7PM, at First Friday on Abbot Kinney. Why all these crepe trucks? Well, in this case founder Jennifer Samson created an offshoot of her parents San Clemente cafe, La Galette Creperie. On offer here, both sweet and savory buckwheat crepes (aka galettes in French) made from mostly organic, seasonal, and local produce/fruit and starting at $5 a pop. While the truck kicks off tomorrow night, it plans to make additional appearances on Saturday and Sunday from 11AM to 2PM. As always, Facebook 'em or use the bug. [EaterWire]
