In addition to that second outpost in Orange County at Fashion Island, health guru and author Dr. Andrew Weil and restaurateur Sam Fox (Fox Restaurant Concepts) plan to also debut location three of True Food Kitchen in the shiny new Santa Monica Place. Much like the name suggests, True Food Kitchen's philosophy is to cook with healthful, seasonal, organically grown produce, in addition to whole grains, antibiotic-free meats, and minimal dairy. The restaurant also boasts wheat-free pastas, breads made from organic flour, spelt and flax seed, and organic/biodynamic wines. True Food Kitchen joins the likes of Ozumo, La Sandia, Pizza Antica, Sonoma Wine Garden, Xino, and Zengo in April 2011. — Yolanda Evans
