Zillions of changes going down at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. To Start, Dakota is well on its way to become Public Kitchen & Bar (though the debut is still a few months out), Vegas comedian Jeff Beecher is apparently bringing Beacher's Madhouse to a lower level space and also launching a midget bar, and then finally the Spare Room is set to serve on December 3. A project that has been in the works for quite some time, this new bar above Teddy's will serve classic cocktails with a twist, think freshly muddled fruit, fresh juices etc just like at Library Bar below.
