Remember that stellar Bocuse d'Or USA Foundation dinner scheduled at Providence tonight? Well, just a heads up for diners this evening, probably not the best night to break out your furs (plus, it's still pretty warm outside). Daily Dish reports that the Animal Protection & Rescue League will protest outside the restaurant, specifically fighting against the use of foie gras which appears on the Bocuse d'Or menu. According to a press release issued Sunday, 50 protesters will carry "large graphic banners depicting the torture of animals they have documented inside 'foie gras' farms."
