Executive chef Ben Bailly over at Fraiche (he's now overseeing the kitchens in both Culver City and Santa Monica) launches Rustic Monday at the Culver City restaurant where he prepares three courses for $35. Certain Mondays Bailly will invite friends to come over and cook with him, and on April 18 Food & Wine's Best New Chef award winner Ricardo Zarate pops into the Fraiche kitchen for his own three course Peruvian meal. That means guests have the option to dine French with Bailly or Peruvian with Zarate. A portion of the proceeds from this dinner will be donated to a relief fund for Japan. Check out the menus here.
