You might decide to drive over today, tomorrow (watch out for major traffic), or even Saturday to catch the likes of Cut Copy, Kings of Leon, Empire of the Sun, with Mr. Kanye shutting it down late Sunday night. But amidst the desert heat, you're going to most definitely need to refuel and stay hydrated, and Food is the New Rock has organized a user-friendly list of purveyors slated to serve Coachella festival-goers (for where to drink around Palm Springs, check out our list). Organizers culled a mixed bunch of repeat offenders from years past, but it's nice to also see a new breed of recognizable food vendors (also maybe slightly healthier options?) like Coolhaus, Kogi (actually a repeat from last year), Mr.Cecil's, Green Truck, Freebirds World Burrito, Full of Life Flatbread (nice!), Pink's, Border Grill Truck, and the Get Shaved Truck. Looks like there's even a farmers market, WOW.
