Last night LAW stopped by that LQ @ SK (Laurent Quenioux at Starry Kitchen) pop-up for a taste of curious collaboration. On offer a mini taco filled with ant larvae, fried veal sweetbreads and shishito peppers over black japonica rice, and the piece de resistance: "rabbit albondigas, perfectly tender meatballs served with a slice of browned foie and a stalk of crisp green garlic tempura...It arrived with a small pitcher of miso broth...We're not ashamed to say that after we finished chewing, we picked up the bowl and drank the broth to its dregs."
