Mr. C is a new hotel boutique hotel that opened June 1 in Beverly Hills. The name, Mr. C., comes from its owners, Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, of THE Cipriani family, known for their myriad of restaurants and clubs, many of which exist in Manhattan, but also elsewhere around the world. Which brings us to today, opening day of Mr. C restaurant, the namesake eatery now fielding dinner reservations via OpenTable. Dinner service commences at 6:30 this evening and down the line the restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As one would expect, just like at the NYC Ciprianis, the vibe here is "casual elegant," offering upscale, refined Italian dishes from salad to pizza to pasta plus larger entrees all prepared by executive chef Silvano Fiorindo. Interior photos coming shortly.
