In addition to mixing molecular liquid nitro cocktails for tables at The Beverly, Top Chef alum Marcel Vigneron (bar210, The Bazaar) has signed on to participate in the second installment of LA Dinner Club. LA Dinner Club is, as one would expect, a dinner club, but membership is not required. Once a month a guest chef prepares a four-course prix fixe meal for $60 at Marco's Restaurant in West Hollywood, and dinner number two lands on June 20 from 6-11PM. Score a resy on the LA Dinner Club website, first come first serve. Marcel says he plans to prepare Lyonnaise salad; Laurel olive oil poached halibut with nasturtium; wagyu tongue and cheek with charred eggplant and porcine; deconstructed cheesecake. [EaterWire]
