Just when you thought Osaka would never open (it hasss been close to three years in the making), owner Adolfo Suaya (BoHo) suits up for some soft opening events running at the end of this month with a public debut to follow on July 27. The Osaka brand of Peruvian restaurants currently maintains three eateries in Lima, Buenos Aires, and Santiago de Chile, Osaka Hollywood marks the chainlets fourth venue, and here in LA the restaurant was designed by Kris Keith/Spacecraft. Suaya brought up his kitchen team (hotline chef, ceviche chef, tiradito chef, sushi chef, dessert chef, mixologist) all from Peru who will remain at Osaka for an indefinite period of time.
