It's been, oh, nine months since word broke that Silo Vodka Bar planned to claim 2,000 square feet spread across two floors in downtown's Haas Building. Despite the fact that Silo has yet to open, the venue already acquired its first five star Yelp review presumably posted by someone attached to the project. As it so generally goes. Anyway, on to the news. Silo's construction is almost complete and reps say the spot should open early this month.
Ocho Mexican Grill, the newish fast casual Chipotle spinoff downtown, offers several specials. On the 8th of every month say "I LOVE O.M.G." to snag a free bag of chips and guac, or on June 4 and/or June 11 mention that you read about Ocho on Brigham Yen and score a buy one get one free deal on any entree.
