Here we have a looksee inside Good Habit Foods, that new health conscious gourmet market which opened on Monday in Thousand Oaks. The small space is pretty simple and straightforward, one can scoop Good Habit's signature line of gluten-free cookies, but because founders Nina Burr and Christiana Robb wanted to cater to a wider audience, the cafe also offers vegan/vegetarian prepared foods (view the weekly menu on Facebook) like a soba salad, gluten-free tuna sandwich, carrot ginger soup, and Japanese vegan potato salad. And, of course, there are the above pictured gourmet goods like Tcho chocolate and CC Made caramel corn.
