Lemon Basket, that five month old New American concept born from the VH1 reality show Famous Food in which a group of has-been "famous" people attempt to open a restaurant on Sunset Blvd, has closed down indefinitely. Despite the added exposure from a television show, the restaurant just never took on, and partners Mike Malin and Lonnie Moore of The Dolce Group were forced to throw in the towel. Now, this is also after a cockroach infestation caused the venue to temporarily shutter last month, although this time the doors close for good. Moore says, "We gave it a shot but it just never picked up traction."
