Because noodles are all the rage, Sai Sai Asian Cuisine and Sushi Bar, located in the Millennium Biltmore Hotel, will shutter on December 17 and reopen January/February 2012 as Sai Sai Noodle Bar, a casual, modern getup focused on "healthy" noodle dishes. Think apps, salads, and soup-based noodle compositions from pho to ramen to udon. Guests order at a counter, sit down, and a runner brings food to one's table, so nothing super formal here.
Other modifications include the addition of four flatscreen tvs, and new art. Also, the Olive Street entrance will become the only portal in, management will permanently shutter the secondary entrance between the hotel and restaurant in the coming weeks. [EaterWire]
